License Implementation Option
Under our License Agreement, Associations are provided localization services and assistance with in-house
implementation, training and support and can select from either a Non-Modifiable or Modifiable source code License.
Associations selecting a Non-Modifiable source code License can choose to transfer to a Modifiable License under a
Transfer Fee Schedule prorated over the term of the License.

License Pricing
The License pricing is a one-time License Fee plus annual Update Fees where applicable. The factors impacting price include:
- Source Code option
- Membership size
- Entity and Transaction requirements
- Term of the Agreement
Source Code Options
Non-Modifiable
Ideally suited for Your Association if you require developers for enhancements but have the infrastructure to host and service an internet solution.
Annual Updates, if opted, are provided to maintain version compliance with third-party server software, integrated desktop software and internet technologies.
Modifiable
Ideally suited for Your Association if you have developers for enhancements and the infrastructure to host and service an internet solution.
Included with the Modifiable License is the MemberPro® Developers Guide, which provides your developers step-by-step instructions to:
- develop your own Entities and Transactions following the MemberPro® standards
- administer your own Database objects
- conduct Quality Assurance Testing
- develop Reports and
- schedule and coordinate your own releases.
