Under our Application Service Provider (ASP) Agreement, Associations can elect
24/7 access to MemberPro® without the headaches or costs associated to servers, software and staffing, while still maintaining complete ownership of your data.
This Implementation Option is ideally suited for Your Association if you want to outsource your requirements or you do not have technical support staff or the infrastructure to host and service an internet solution.

ASP Pricing
Annual Software Usage Fees apply, derived based on a per Member fee, factored on:
- Membership size
- Entity and Transaction requirements
- Term of the Agreement

Capital Costs
You will not incur any capital costs for Equipment or Software Licenses, nor the costs of resourcing an Information Technology Department.

Privacy
Your data that You host at our data center is Your personal property. As a policy, we do not examine Your data except at Your
request and only for the purposes of providing Support.
Support
We provide seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day, email access to our Support Center.
Annual Updates
Annual updates, to maintain third-party compliance with server software, integrated desktop software and internet technologies are included at no charge.
